Mia has been working really hard in her training workouts the past couple of months. The effort that she puts in with Sports School training will no doubt improve her performance on the basketball court. Mia has been pushing herself with focused intensity as she goes through her training routine. With her previous experience in Olympic weightlifting, she has been able to support and offer tips around proper technique to other students in the class. Mia demonstrates leadership and a positive attitude on a daily basis with her classroom work and training sessions. Her sprinting technique is improving, as well as her agility, balance and strength with gymnastics training. She is trying her very best to master the front roll on the trampoline! Congrats Mia!
